About the work
Osta Services is hiring experienced AC Technicians to join our growing home maintenance team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems, including split AC units.
Perform AC maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Identify refrigerant leaks and perform gas charging when required.
Install and replace AC units and related components.
Inspect electrical connections and AC control systems.
Identify faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Maintain professional standards and follow safety procedures.
Communicate politely with customers and explain completed work.
Complete job reports and provide accurate updates to the supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements: Previous experience in AC maintenance and repair. Good knowledge of AC troubleshooting and refrigeration systems. Practical skills in AC installation, servicing, and basic electrical diagnosis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude, punctuality, and good customer service. UAE experience is an advantage. Candidates must be willing to work across assigned service locations.
